First, I was asked to fill out an application. After review of the application, I was called in to meet with two managers whom went over the answers with me. I was asked to list 3-5 brands of each type of liquor, asked about my up-sell techniques, and some situational questions, such as, "how would you handle an irate customer that was unhappy with their experience?" I was selected for a group training (three-week process) and worked there for about two years.
