First of all you Apply in career option and after 1 or 2 week you got a call from HR and you got your phonic interview after selection in phonic round you will call for machine testing, Personal quiz and IQ test after that you will call for presentation and after selection in this round you get your Offer letter.

They call me in the office 2 times in different weeks and when they shortlisted me they give an offer of 8000 per month for 1 year with no increment and also 1 year bond of service with 1 month of unpaid training excluded form 1year,6 days in a week for 6 months with no paid leaves and they said that this offer is according to company policy.How they can hire a graduate from technical background in such a cheap amount??what is their policy??
