The interview process was straightforward. They asked about my experience working in hand therapy, conditions that I commonly treated, and if I was comfortable making orthoses. They had me give examples of what my previous setting was like and what hand therapy experience I have had.

Overall, it wasn’t too complex. I had one screening phone call first . They asked about relative experience that you have had. Lastly, they had you come to one of their offices and make a splint.
