La entrevista fue amena, las personas que me entrevistaron fueron muy amables y trataron de explicarme el roll del trabajo lo más cercano posible a la realidad, por lo que, aunque no tengo experiencia, sé de qué se trata el asunto y trataré de aprender lo más rápido posible para lograr sumar al equipo de trabajo.
The hiring process took about one month. They reached out to me via LinkedIn, and I had a phone interview followed by a virtual interview a couple of weeks later. After that, I sent a couple of follow-up emails to the hiring team but no one bothered to respond—not even a quick note to let me know whether I was selected or not. The lack of communication was incredibly unprofessional. The interview process reflects a lot about a company’s culture and based on this experience, I would never apply for any position at this firm again.
