HR screening, hiring manager, Sr Director and then finally VP and Head HR.
Even for any position it goes thru atleast 3 interview process.

Interview
Interview process has multiple phases. You will interview with HR, managers and director level. Interviews are most likely in person, but sometimes it can be done online, depending on your location. You will also need to provide references and do a criminal check.
