I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 3+ months. I interviewed at J.Crew Factory (Broomall, PA) in Feb 2023

Super simple, just walked in and did my interview. Staff was friendly and the interview consisted of one behavioral interview asking typical questions. "tell me about a time...", "tell me about yourself", etc. Overall the experience was nice and I would rate it quite well.
applied online, got called for an in person interview , asked about myself and talked a little about pay. Email/Called to say I got the job and to fill out some stuff to accept it.
