The hiring process started from university fair.They collected my resume and I got a call back after a month. Then set up for interview at client location. The first interview was with Senior Management. Then again I got a call back for interview with Technical Leads from IT Department. After the interview, I got an offer from HR Department.

Interview
2 phone interviews followed by one on-site interview. Mostly questions about yourself and resume, no technical questions. Very friendly and informative interviewers. Whole process lasted about 3-4 weeks from initial phone interview to offer.
