Interview
It started with a phone interview, which lead to a virtual interview, which lead to an in person interview. They told me I would hear back soon and made it seem VERY convincing that they saw me working there. After hearing nothing for a week in a half a follow up email was sent, that night I was sent a rejection.
Email with HR and 1:1 with hiring manger, 1:1 with current Director and a final panel interview with peers. No surprises, just normal conversation about the role and how you fit into Ivy
