The process started with the HR contact calling from CA office for recruitment of the post in Pune India.
Since the post required someone experienced, i was contacted and had a nice interaction in terms of roles and responsibilities. The turn in events started when the HR asked me about my current salary. From the doscussion, it came across that the role couldn’t match the package that i am currently getting.
I tried to convince the HR that the role was really interesting and we could negotiate and align on what the company is offering, but it seems after the salary disclosure from my end, he could only remember my numbers and nothing else what i said.
I never got any clear reponse for about more than 50 days - even after following up every week for next steps (was very unprofessional).
Finally, i was told that my salary expectations are high and loop was closed - was really dissappointing
I would urge concerned people at iValua to look more into the recruitment process and make it more professional - considering that i was kept lingering was so long, and not to make decisions based only on salary - you might be losing some of the best people in this domain because of that.
