The first interview consisted of a phone call that lasted about 45 minutes, the general idea of the phone call was to check my background. The second interview consisted of me arriving on site at 8:30 in the morning and meeting with the HR representative for the first 30 minutes. After meeting with the HR representative, I had individual 1:1 interviews with my future co-workers, starting with my Manager. Each interviewer had their own questions in their assigned topics (C#, C++, C, testing, ethics, etc.) to ask.

It is for Associate RF Design position. The Interview process took 3+ weeks. Received a phone call from the recruiter for a general profile discussion. Was then scheduled for 2 phone technical rounds. Both were easily, went through basic stuff like conversion gain, IL of a mixer, Smith charts, Op-Amp specifications, mostly focussed on the resume projects. Different Transceiver Architectures, Data rate and Quadband frequencies. Was Invited for an On-site interview. 6 rounds each of 1 hour. It's a boring, remote place filled with old arrogant people! The interview was more like they trying to preach what they know instead of asking us questions. Again, more of the resume stuff, Antenna Parameters, Receiver Measurement parameters and one behavioural round. Overall, a weird experience and i'm happy that i didn't get an offer from them!
