I applied online. I interviewed at Iterable (New York, NY) in Sep 2018
Interview
The interview process was a long one. I was initially contacted by the recruiter, who scheduled a phone interview. The phone interview went ok, and was put forward to the next round. This consisted of a written test. After this was reviewed I was then put forward to the next round, which consisted of an interview with the hiring manager. The hiring manager was nice and again it went smoothly. This was then followed by another test/role play, which they wanted you take two hours to prepare an assignment for. I did this and carried it out based on what they wanted, but was unable to answer a few questions and did not get through the next round. I felt what was explained that was required for the preparation in this test to what was asked in the round of the interview were different, and should have been explained prior to have been able to better prepare. In total there was going to be six rounds of interviews. After a lot of time put in the rejection I received was a standard automated email and a personalized one would have been expected at that point.
