Wasted my time with FOUR interviews only to tell me that if I don't get a callback, they're not interested. Met several managers and staff, felt like I was actually hired with how familiar I got. There should be laws against companies wasting people's time in such a fashion.

Generic interview questions that everyone asks. "What does responsibility mean to you?" That sort of thing.

Straight forward Asked general questions about working with a team. Did you play any sports and your willingness to adapt to culture. Have to start as Host which is inconvenient but can be promoted very quickly

Very straightforward interview, interview was in person, asked a lot of basic questions like my availability, past experience, strengths/weaknesses, what I look for in a job, everyone I talked too was very nice.
