What interview!? Applied for the role online, the next communication was an email explaining I'd been shortlisted and that I was to attend an interview in person at a specific date and time (no other option available) I was away on holiday so offered to do an online interview which they agreed to. Log onto the interview at the time agreed, 10.20am. Waited 10mins and no one showed up, emailed HR, got a reply at 10.41am explaining the panel were now online waiting for me. I was on holiday bare in mind and had planned the day, I asked for a rescheduled interview to which I was told HR would check, heard nothing (after emailing twice in the meantime) until 12 days after the request to reschedule and was told they had no capacity to reschedule. Added to this, I was given no names of the interview panel. Such an unprofessional approach.
