1st round - facing HR and written test
Talk about your background and understanding towards the company, the description of the job role
Written test is then administered
2nd round - facing team lead and MD
Talk about your experience, person job fit, tram culture presentation of a case study
3rd round - facing hiring manager
Casual interview
Very strange that alhough the director and hiring manager clearly expressed their positive opinion to me and asked me to consider joining them, but i did not hear anything from them after 3rd interview
First chat with HR, second chat with manager/director. 2nd interview was a case study/task assessment type interview - asking report/deck was sent to me and I had to run through, explaining the results of a product test

They asked me to take a look at the tables and charts, and point out any mistakes, data errors, ATD errors that type of thing

Interview
Initial phone call which assessed initially if I would be a good fit. The second chat was another call with the hiring team. I didn’t go any further than this as they were looking for someone with experience for a niche team.

Simple 1-1 interview. Applied through reference. But standard process was taken care of. Post the interview clearance the HR negotiates on the salary. This is the final round and if you fit in the salary bracket they select you.
