It was held over phone. The interview covered all the topics pertaining to the position and was very crisp. The interviewer called me right on time and allayed all my nervous from the word 'go'.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Ipraxa (Noida)

Over All 4 Interviews were conducted first three were telephonic and fourth was F2F
First was HR round with basic questions regarding my experience and background, 2-3 were technical rounds from Internet Marketing Dept and Owners of the company. 4th round was in the company by CRM specialist and Lead Developer of the company ( I was over all satisfied by the interview process)

I didn't found any question difficult, One question was regarding the latest tools of Twitter used for analysis and marketing, their was conflict in what IM dept was using and which I recommended.
