While it is our goal to structure the interview process as enjoyable and efficient as possible for all parties involved, we are sorry to learn about your bad experience. Obviously, not all interviews will result in successful hires. Nevertheless, we will investigate possible improvements to our internal process to make sure candidates feel respected and well-treated in case we have to turn them down.
Fairness is one of our core values - during the hiring process, we pay close attention that colleagues with comparable skill-sets will receive equal salaries, regardless of their background. As such, unfortunately, it is not always possible to fully commit on a salary range prior to evaluating a candidate's skill-set.
