1. pre-screening which is a 30 minute mobile call.
2. Competency based interview from HR and Engineering managers during 1 hour through MS Teams. (Failed to proceed at that step)
3. Technical interview in MS teams or On-site.

One face to face interview with two engineers at the company. Both very friendly, generally competency based asking questions based around my C.V. with one technical question at the end. Competency questions included ones about leadership skills, times when I have had to overcome a challenge and what my greatest achievement was.
