Interviewer showed up 15 minutes late (no email or anything); they were nice about it and gave me great feedback. Then they just didn't get back to me, I had to follow up twice. Didn't move on to the next round, so kind of wish they didn't get my hopes up by basically telling me I was moving on. The lateness and lack of responsiveness is the real issue though.
