Group competency based interview, based around a question given to you around a week before the interview. This is then followed by a one on one interview assessing motivation and competence for the role.

Started with a HireVue after online application which took roughly 15min. Heard back pretty quickly and had a couple more rounds of face to face interviews after. Everyone was very nice and informative.
hirevue prerecorded interview for first round. had to answer a set of question and had 30 seconds to look over them, and 2 minutes to answer. It was fairly easy
