Inver Hills Community College interview questions

Mixture of faculty and administration and current or former students. One of the interviewers was a former student who probably did not do as well as they thought they should. I asked if this student was appropriate for an unbiased review and they decided to keep the student in the process rather than recuse them from this particular interview.
