Intradeco interview questions

Regular questions until I got asked if I had kids -because I am married- and if I foresaw having kids in the next 1.5 years. Really disappointing and none of their business. I live in a third-world country so those questions are not illegal here. Nonetheless, it was really awkward.

Good people and environment. Family business. The process at first was fast but later turn slow. They must call the person that don't qualify because it give a good impression of the company.
