The HR representative canceled the interview without explaining 7min before it was set to begin and did not respond to a follow up email asking about rescheduling for 3 business days. HR eventually informed me they were moving forward with an internal hire, which to me, demonstrates extremely poor planning on HR’s side. Do not waste your time. If HR is incapable of effectively planning a round of hiring they’re probably a nightmare to work with.
