Interview
First, I had a 30-min written test. I needed to read a case scenario. I was required to write a case management plan to address the needs of the 'client' in the case.
Then, I had a 5-min typing test.
After that, I had a face-to-face interview.
On the next day, I had a second interview. The interviewer is the director of the project.
