I only got an interview when I reached out to HR. After 2 rounds of interviews, I was called for a third interview ( phone call) just to be asked if I have secured access to a personal car that would be used to transport clients. I was not offered the role because I didn’t have the car. It was extremely disappointing to go through this process and eventually not offered the role because I don’t have a car to use for business purposes. This is an international organization, yet relies on employees and candidates to use a personal resource for work purposes. So if I can’t afford a car, I don’t deserve a job opportunity?
