Someone from Human Recourses emailed me just a few days after I submitted an application and scheduled a phone interview. The "interview" only lasted about 10 minutes, and the interviewer didn't seem very invested in the conversation, and felt like she was obligated to read a set list of questions. It was a bit uncomfortable.
