Interview
Phone call. Basic info and verification of experience and or certifications.
Take a test online for mechanical aptitude and one for personality or work behavior traits.
Next step is going to the facility for in house test and exam . These were more advanced than I expected , and also had around 100 questions and given 2 hours to complete . Not an easy test, and not information that someone with no experience in a shop and/or industrial setting could understand .
If you pass this then you go to panel interview and job offer.

Interview
The interview process was straight forward, took over 2 months to get called in for testing, after you pass your test the call you in for a interview 2-3 weeks later. The interview process wasn't stressful at all. They make sure you comfortable and help you with whatever you need.

Interview
Three panel structured interview. They took turns asking questions from the prescript-ed list, and wrote down my answers.The interview was laid back, and the panel made me feel at ease. After about a week after testing (and passing), I was scheduled for an interview.
