For the internship, there was only one interview through the school, put in a database. Later matched with a mill and offered the internship mid December. A background and drug check were conducted and a mill tour was completed.

Generic questions about class interests. Easily prepared for it by reading through their website. Full time employees work long shifts and often nights. Seemed like a nice company. I would interview again if given the chance.

Very fun and inviting atmosphere. They ask you a lot of questions based of your own resume so make sure you’re prepared to talk about it. When I interviewed, they just asked me questions about my experiences.
