The interview process was quick and efficient. I applied via indeed.com and received an email inviting me to do a phone interview with one of the HR reps. Shortly after that I receive an email inviting me to come in a week later for an in person panel interview. Since it was a panel interview I figured it would be the final interview. I sat down with two key people at the location I was to work at while two other key people were on speaker phone listening in and taking note. The HR manager and the Production Manager sat across from me and alternated asking questions from a list of prepared questions. From there I was given a skills based test which I had an hour to complete. It had four parts. Part 1: Art Test (know how to simply draw in illustrator). Part 2: Photoshop test (know how to make masks and such). Part 3: Trap Test (know how to create traps in AI). Part 4: Proof reading test (know how to read lol). Three Days later I was contacted by phone by the HR manager whom expressed interest in me and said that he would be sending me over an offer. I happily accepted.
