Interview
Overall the process took 8 weeks. After applying, HR called within 2 weeks and set up an interview. I had a panel interview with the hiring manager and 3 members on the team. They asked normal situational questions, but nothing too hard. They really wanted to get to know me and understand how I processed information mentally. After the interview I received an offer about 2 weeks later. I accepted and the pay is fair.

Phased if college hire. You will go through initial interview and then be invited to interviewed on the corporate campus. You will then be interviewed by various managers across business groups.

Interview
It was the usually core interviews, scenario based, and maybe a few technical questions. The technical questions weren't too bad due to me interviewing for a intern position. You can go over basic interview methods such as STAR to be prepared, Not only that but the final interview will be 2-3 interviews
