Interview
Very professional but also very personable and nice people. Interview felt much more like a friendly conversation than most that I have experienced. Mostly situational/behavioral based questions that gave good opportunity to express my knowledge, problem solving skills, and other strengths in the workplace.

It’s was a typical interview in which they ask a lot of situational questions and lead into leadership questions. Such as what leadership roles have you filled. What prior job experience things do that nature

I met a representative through a college job fair. We scheduled an interview with 2 employees for the following week. Generic HR questions. I am still waiting to hear from them even though I was supposed to hear within one week.
