Very basic phone calls going over my understanding of the packaging industry, my experience and expectations for the person in this role. With it being territory based, they also covered the extent of that.

Interview
Went from an excellent recruiter to main office in Chicago for interview. Both went well. Recruiter and main office interview lasted 30 minutes and 90 minutes respectively. Overall, it was a complete waste of my time and effort. What they wanted from a recruiter side versus at the plant was different. Absolutely zero response from emails to Chicago in correspondence. Maybe unprofessionism is standard in today's management.
