Interlaced interview questions

It started with a 30-minute screening with a company recruiter, then a 30-minute meeting with the individual this role would directly report to. The next steps were to complete a “small” unpaid project. However, the project I was asked to complete included reviewing 13 pages of company research/data before creating a series of deliverables. The deliverables included a high-level campaign strategy including messaging, marketing channels, and KPI metrics, a mockup of a landing page with core messaging and CTAs, and 3-5 supporting marketing materials, which included digital ads, an email marketing sequence, sales collateral like a one-pager or case study, and copy and visuals for organic social posts. I quickly opted out, as I found this to be a ridiculous way to get A LOT of free work from interviewees.
