Interview
Applied and then contacted via LinkedIn and had a 45min phone interview. The interview was pretty standard. I was probably not qualified for the position because of the language skills required (most likely all other skills and experience were ok), however the interview went pretty ok.
The interviewer (HR manager) said they would give me feedback within 2 weeks, but I have received none, despite writing a follow up direct message to the person through LinkedIn.
I was very disappointed from the behaviour and the level of politeness. After a direct phone interview, committment to feedback and a direct message, I expected to receive at least a notification of refusal.
This is definitely not the best way for a company to attract talent in such a competitive environment.

First you would meet the HR then they would give you a case study and you would have to prepare for your presentation around that case...to the managers and directors.
