It was very simple. You just have to down load the app and follow the instructions. Someone from the HR team will then contact you and give you access to local shifts. There is literally no interview process.

Interview
It is required to sign up for an appointment with a recruitment representative. You will receive a text and email reminder the day before and morning of your interview. The company will call you and the process lasts for 30 minutes or less. The recruiting agent will then let you know if you are or are not a good fit for their position. Following that phone conversation, you will receive a confirmation email, as well as a text telling you about next steps.
