Completely unorganized, total waste of my time. I had THREE interviews with this company and two different recruiters fighting on who sent them my resume. I interview with the president, two weeks later the CFO (who’s since left), and the best one the third I was interviewed by a loan closer who kept touting about her masters degree. I have 11+ years SBA Experience. This shop doesn’t know what the hell they’re doing and it’s apparent. I constantly get hit up by recruiters for this place and the answer is always “if it’s w/ Integro not interested” to which they want to know why. Unless you are brand new in the business definitely pass.
