Unprofessional Interview Process - Disrespectful of Candidate's Time
I had an unpleasant experience with the interview process at IntegrityNext GmbH, and I feel compelled to share it to help future candidates set their expectations. I applied for a role with a 3-stage interview process, including an initial screening, a technical interview, and a final behavioral interview.
The first two rounds went smoothly, and I was optimistic about the role. After the final interview, however, I waited a considerable amount of time for feedback. Eventually, I received a call with an apology for the delay and was assured I would hear back with a final decision within a day or two. Despite this commitment, I never received any follow-up communication. I even tried to call to follow up but it was ignored.
After investing significant time and effort into this process, the lack of response was incredibly frustrating. A simple thank-you email or candid update would have shown respect for my time and effort.
What made the situation worse was the inconsistency in communication. After a delay, there was a re-engagement, but ultimately communication dropped off again without explanation. This kind of experience reflects poorly on IntegrityNextâs candidate experience, and I hope they reconsider their approach to ensure that future candidates are treated with the respect they deserve.
