Integrated Services for Behavioral Health interview questions

I applied for the Licensed Counselor/Social Worker position. I was told that I was only interviewing with one of the supervisors, but another one joined. It did not appear that they reviewed my CV prior to this interview based on some of the questions asked. The interview went well--they appeared to have a list of standardized questions that they were asking. I followed up via e-mail the following day expressing continued interest in the role, and have been ghosted for over 2 weeks. Zero feedback. No updates.
