Institute of Management Technology interview questions

On campus interview was conducted. Two major rounds- one was research seminar presentation, the other was to gauge the teaching alignment and to check employee-organisation fit. The overall process was smooth and transparent. The HR team made all the arrangements from travel to stay for outstationed candidates.

seminar presentation, second round with director was ok kind of interaction. but could not see a good career avenue. my experience was ok. nothing special. I you are a fresher you can look forward. nothing much to say for this
