Interview
1. The first screening call was with an engineer on the team + VP. Really easy flowing conversation - they were very transparent and gave a thorough overview of the role.
2. Second round was a 4-day take home assessment - positively challenging, super satisfying full stack application. Several technical questions to gauge your understanding of the field.
3. On-site interview: got to meet the team, collaborate with them in person and work on cool things that the team was working on. Care a lot about culture fit and you as a well-rounded person and collaborative skills.
First received a 15-min call with an engineer on the team, talked about the company and my experiences. Then a 5-hr onsite interview with about 4 hours working on a case study and 1 hour giving a presentation to the team.
