First interview was about 30-45 minutes by phone. It felt very positive and the questions were thoughtful. The second round interview was a Three to one. Two of the interviewers obviously were impressed by my answers and were very positive. The third person was cold and wouldn't make eye contact with me. Which seems very strange for an interview. I was notified by an email they went another direction, with zero feedback on what could be improved.
