Interview
Initial Contact from internal manager that consisted of a 15 minute overview of position. Then a Personality assessment done on the Tony Robbins website. Very simple process with nominal behavioral questions. If you like Sales, it seems to be a good opportunity. The personality tests and Background seem to be the most important in the process, as they only ask for a updated resume after the completion of the personality test. This is a growing business with the typical growth stresses and timelines.
