Inspira Financial Software Engineering Manager interview questions

I interviewed with a recruiter and was told there would only be 1 round of interviews with the hiring manager and a peer. After this round, the recruiter then notified me of another needed interview with the hiring manager's supervisor. That person then added another interview for a total of 5. I made it very clear that I was in final interviews with another company but they still decided to waste my time and drag their process out 5.5 weeks. After the 4th week and no response despite being told I would hear something the next day after round 5, I emailed the recruiter and removed myself from the process. The recruiter ignored the request and claimed they were still trying to decide how to proceed. Any company that ignores candidates and treats them poorly would not have been a good employer.
