I applied to a job through them and I was very happy to hear I was selected for a videocall-interview so I managed my work schedule around it to be able to make it. Unfortunately, this experience was outraging. The recruiter was a few minutes late (no biggie) but she had no idea what was going on, her communication skills lacked and she also asked what position this interview was for, as she was unsure! clearly not prepared at all. Her camera was off while mine was on, which seem a little inconsiderate or disrespectful to me I guess. After that she proceed to ask - How many years of experience do I have related to the rol. I answered three, to what she replied "Oh sorry this company is picky and is looking for 5 years" I was very confused as this is clearly a lack of attention to detail and a lack of analytical skills and unprofessionalism. You can clearly see my experience in my resume. I have no idea why was I selected to move forward for an interview if I didn't meet the criteria. Did they even look at my resume before contacting me? I wasted so much time getting ready for this interview, researching for the company I was applying for and much more to ensure everything goes well. Completely unprofessional. This was super awkward and a complete waste of my time. I wouldn't recommend any company to work with them.
