A phone screen with a recruiter out of Houston TX. Then you complete an online personality assessment, and go in for a couple interviews with the District Manager, A couple Business Advisors, and finally a Regional manager before they make an offer

A few questions, did I know how to dial the phone? They wanted to know if I had a car? They talked a good game about the ability to earn a lot of money and residual income. They like sales backgrounds.
