The interview process consisted of firstly an initial face to face interview. The environment made me feel relaxed and welcomed. I was given the detail of who Insala are and where they are headed I was then given the chance to provide information on my background and what I was looking for in my next role. As this first stage went very well I was moved onto the next stage which was to have telephone interviews with bother the CTO and CEO. As they are based in the US in different states these were separate calls, with each lasting 30 mins. These calls where based lightly on the same format as the first, with a few additional competency questions. Even with this being the case I was made to feel comfortable and open to answer each question honestly. I was instantly attracted to the company. Insala comes across as a fun and interesting place to work for with an exciting prospective for the future.
