Interview
Initially recruited by a staffing agency who found my resume on Career Builder. Had a phone interview to assess my qualifications, which were then reviewed by an account manager and then sent to Inovateus as a qualified candidate. Had a follow up interview with two senior managers in which I felt did an incredible job and were very detailed and tough. I just received confirmation for a call-back for the second round of interviews.
