Innovative Micro Technology interview questions

2 Phone interviews and a 7 round in person. The questions were very generic and I was introduced to the people who I would be working with. Questions like where do you see yourself in 5 years and about my work history.

Spoke with human resources and three management individuals. They asked general skill questions and experience. Easier than a retail interview process. Expect a low ball offer but if you are applying at IMT you probably are just desperate for a job or a place to being with experience. Do not apply if you are experience you will be used for all your worth with none of the compensation.
