Interview
I was interviewed at the Dearborn location by the Director of Public Relations. The next day I was interviewed again by the Owner who was extremely polite and down to earth. I started my 2 hour training and product knowledge. Then i started my first day on the job the following day

Interview
I had the initial interview online over skype, the company flew me in from Mississauga Canada for second interview in Southfield Michigan, I received my offer 14 days later by a certified mail with flight tickets and keys to my new home in Dearborn Michigan which was a surprise, for some reason i thought they offered a hotel stay.
