I had the initial interview online over skype, the company flew me in from Mississauga Canada for second interview in Southfield Michigan, I received my offer 14 days later by a certified mail with flight tickets and keys to my new home in Dearborn Michigan which was a surprise, for some reason i thought they offered a hotel stay.
