I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Innovation Department (New York, NY) in Jan 2021
Interview
The interview consists of 6 meetings with the head of operations, the CSM manager, the current CSM, and the CEO.
If you make it past the first four interviews, you are required to put together a power point presentation and present to the CSM manager and Sales manager.
The CSM manager is very upfront, practical, and helpful. She will address your concerns and has genuine empathy.
Once you make it past the presentation, you'll meet with the CEO. That's where things take a turn.
The CEO will barely pay attention to you during the interview and distract himself, looking around during the zoom call, and not seeming very interested in what you have to say.
From there, you'll get an email stating that you didn't get the job and wasted your time for a month
I applied online. I interviewed at Innovation Department in Sep 2020
Interview
There was an initial phone screening and from there they asked me when I would be available for a zoom interview. I had to answer a series of questions to discuss before interview. The interview itself was not difficult, but with the amount of work that needed to be completed before going into the interview and then not getting the job was simply not worth it.

Interview
Had a very positive phone screen with an EA, followed by an in-person with two members of the ID team. I thought both went very well (it wasn’t a short interview with either party), but was disappointed when I received a very generalized/generic/stock rejection email about a week and a half later.
